Returns & Refunds policy
In Stock Orders
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging (if applicable).
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Used items cannot be returned or refunded.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our custom woodworking projects, all sales are final on these items.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for custom-built furniture or made-to-order pieces.
Defects & Repairs
We stand by the craftsmanship of our work. If your item has a defect, we offer the following warranty:
Within 30 Days: We will repair or replace any defective item free of charge.
After 30 Days: Repairs may still be available, but a repair fee will apply.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
